Role Purpose
We are seeking a visionary leader to head our  Leadership Center of Excellence (CoE) . This role is responsible for designing, governing, and scaling enterprise-wide leadership development strategies that build a strong leadership pipeline, enable business transformation, and drive long-term organizational performance. The position ensures leadership capability is future-ready, inclusive, and aligned with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership Strategy & Framework:  Define enterprise leadership philosophy, capability frameworks, and success profiles across all levels.
Leadership Development Programs:  Design and oversee end-to-end leadership journeys (HiPo, first-time managers, women leaders, CXO pipeline).
Talent & Succession Enablement:  Drive succession planning and leadership readiness metrics.
Executive & Senior Leadership Enablement:  Create executive development interventions and act as a thought partner to senior leaders.
Culture, Values & Inclusion:  Embed organizational values and DEI principles into leadership programs.
Measurement & Governance:  Establish success metrics, governance, and ROI for leadership initiatives.
Stakeholder & Change Leadership:  Partner with business heads and HR leaders to tailor leadership solutions and drive change.

Required Experience & Qualifications

Experience:

15–20+ years in Leadership Development, Talent Management, and HR strategy. Experience in manufacturing and HRBP roles preferred.

Education:

Post-graduate degree in HR from reputed institutions (TISS, XLRI, Symbiosis, etc.). Certifications in leadership assessment/coaching are a plus.

Competencies:

Strategic thinking, executive presence, systems thinking, change leadership, coaching mindset, and data-driven decision-making.
