Role Overview

We’re looking for a leader who blends data fluency, behavioral insight, and execution strength—someone who can shape the way 100,000+ people evolve how they work and deliver value. The journey begins in India, with planned scale to Europe and the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

o Change & Transformation

Lead change initiatives to enhance business performance using Agentic AI. Focus on increasing revenue, optimizing talent, and improving cost efficiency.

o Incubate the Agentic Mindset

Develop programs to foster an Agentic mindset internally and externally. Promote agile practices and innovative execution among teams.

§ Create a Train-the-Trainer Coach Network

Establish a network of coaches to support change initiatives and serve as role models within teams.

§ Codify Playbooks and IP

Document insights from initial Agentic AI implementations to create resources like playbooks and toolkits for future scalability.

o Establish a Change Advisory Board (CAB)

Form a cross-functional advisory board to oversee change initiatives, manage risks, and ensure alignment across functions.

§ Improve Experience Across Customer Journey

Collaborate with HR and business teams to enhance employee workflows and client experiences.

§ Narrative & Storytelling Agenda

Implement initiatives to refine storytelling around Agentic AI, focusing on real outcomes and use cases – across business cohorts

§ Talent Rotation

Manage talent rotation by monitoring commitments and ensuring effective redeployment within Agentic AI service areas.

- Lead Execution in India, Scale to regions
- Begin transformation rollout across Indian delivery centers, then expand playbooks, coaches, and interventions to other global hubs/regions.
