We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Advisor for a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Strategic Advisor will be responsible for collaborating closely with executive management and cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive strategic planning and consulting services to our clients. Key responsibilities include conducting in-depth data analysis to inform critical strategic decisions, developing and presenting actionable recommendations, overseeing project management, and ensuring the successful execution of initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
Prior experience in the real estate sector is considered a significant advantage.
Qualifications
Demonstrated analytical prowess with a proven ability to interpret complex data and extract meaningful insights.
Extensive experience in consulting, including the capacity to formulate and present actionable recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
Strong executive management and leadership capabilities, enabling effective collaboration and engagement with senior-level leadership.
Proficiency in project management and strategic planning methodologies to ensure the seamless execution and successful delivery of initiatives.
Solid financial acumen and understanding.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for coordinating and fostering effective relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to meet stringent deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
