Our Haleon Global Capability Centre (GCC), located in Bengaluru, India is rapidly expanding with exciting new positions being created in multiple functions.
At Haleon GCC we bring global value to our organisation, delivering complex enterprise solutions while driving digital transformation and innovation. The Finance, Digital & Technology, HR, Legal and Procurement functions are co-located, and work with colleagues and partners around the world. We are building Transition and Transformation capability in the GCC to cater to growing demand of transitioning processes / roles into the 4 Haleon Capability Centre locations – GCC Bangalore, Costa Rica, Poland, and Kuala Lumpur.

You'll be part of the Global Transition and Transformation organisation, reporting into the Transition and Transformation Lead working in close collaboration and partnership with multiple stakeholders across the board to enable delivery of the Haleon strategic roadmap.
You'll enjoy the challenge of a fast-paced, problem-solving environment that requires you to think and act quickly to address strategic and day-to-day business priorities.
You'll be empowered and accountable to deliver Overall GCC roadmap spanning multiple Haleon functions, business units globally.
Your Role:
We are recruiting PMO manager – on a full-time basis reporting into the Transition and Transformation Head.
The role will manage specific governance processes to ensure successful delivery of HBS programs across Haleon on behalf of the enterprise. Additionally the role will also require project management of medium to small projects.
Key Responsibilities
In terms of the role, you can expect the PMO Manager to undertake the following:
Maintain the aggregation of the Programme Integrated Plan, facilitating any accompanying workshops
L0 Plan, L1 Plans (including the representation in appropriate tool)
Quality Check the Detailed Plans owned by Work streams and Value Streams to…
