YOUR IMPACT
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Services Senior Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end execution of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works for our high-end, high-rise residential projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, project management skills, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and contractors on site to ensure timely and quality execution of services.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a reputed institute
14+ years of MEP execution experience in high-rise residential or mixed-use developments
At least 5–6 years in a leadership position managing large-scale projects
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution:
Lead MEP services planning and execution in coordination with civil construction timelines.
Develop and manage MEP work schedules and track progress to meet project milestones.
Ensure timely mobilization and deployment of resources at site (manpower, equipment, materials).
Coordination & Supervision
Interface with design consultants, internal design teams, architects, and structural consultants to ensure alignment between design intent and execution.
Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders for timely resolution of design or site-related issues.
