YOUR IMPACT
Playing a key role in the on-time delivery of the project. Directing and coordinating complex project schedules through constant tracking, forecasting and dissemination via dynamic reporting systems. Ensuring procurements are being concluded on time, within the stipulated quantities and as per the approved specifications. Providing compliance reporting for contracts. Monitoring
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
▪ Bachelor's or master's degree in project planning / civil engineering
▪ 8+ years of experience in managing projects
▪ Experience in real estate and high-end apartments
Key Responsibilities
Project schedule management:
▪ Monitoring, coordinating, and scheduling construction progress on Microsoft projects
▪ Understanding of critical path, slack, baseline setting and other project progress indicators
▪ Disseminating project schedule progress via Master implementation Schedules
▪ Highlighting and navigating potential project delays
Procurements And Contracts Management
▪ Ensuring timely closure of procurements and contracts
▪ Lean procurement management
▪ Forecasting material requirements
▪ Tracking contractor obligations
▪ Monitoring project consumption and potential overruns
▪ Quantifying site requirements on an as need basis
▪ Reconciling project quantities
▪ Contractor documentation management

▪ Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings
