Job Description

The Senior Learning & Development Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and continuously improving learning and development initiatives across the organisation. This role plays a critical part in strengthening workforce capability, driving performance improvement, and supporting long-term talent development aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver structured learning programs including onboarding, functional training, behavioural skills, and leadership development.
Conduct a comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in partnership with business leaders and HR stakeholders.
Manage end-to-end execution of L&D programs, including scheduling, facilitation, logistics, and participant engagement.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics; prepare detailed MIS and impact reports.
Develop and maintain high-quality learning content, training materials, and documentation.
Manage Learning Management System (LMS) activities, including course uploads, tracking, and reporting.
Coordinate with external training vendors and subject matter experts as required.
Support talent development initiatives such as career progression frameworks, competency mapping, and succession planning.
Ensure compliance with organisational learning standards and continuous process improvement.

Required Experience, Skills And Qualifications

2–3 years of proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organisational Development.
Strong facilitation, instructional design, and presentation capabilities.
Experience working with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable learning strategies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
Strategic thinking with execution focus.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
Attention to detail and process orientation.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
