Position:
Placement Manager
Responsibilities:
- Generate and enhance employment opportunities for students by establishing, developing, and sustaining strong industry partnerships.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee placement drives, recruitment initiatives, and new job-related opportunities.
- Conduct continuous market and industry research to identify potential organizations and corporate engagement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporates, recruiters, and key industry stakeholders to strengthen placement outcomes.
- Facilitate, market, and manage Executive Development Programs (EDPs), Management Development Programs (MDPs), and consulting engagements in collaboration with corporate partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the institution and industry for placements, corporate relations, and strategic partnerships.
Requirement:
- Post-graduate degree in Management or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience, preferably in placements, corporate relations, recruitment consulting, marketing of MDPs/EDPs, or consulting projects.
- Strong and well-established corporate network across industries.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and networking skills.
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and represent the institution professionally in corporate forums.
