We are looking for someone who can play a key role in developing state of the art construction projects through knowledge and application of site management and building specifications. You will have a unique and holistic opportunity to instill the highest standard of excellence in civil and finishes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project planning / Civil Engineering
14+ years of experience in managing projects
Experience in Construction projects execution, preferably in real estate and high-end apartments

Project Planning and Execution

Ensure  100% adherence to project timelines  through proactive planning, monitoring, and coordination of all finishing activities.

Lead the  effective deployment and scheduling of multiple contractors , ensuring seamless handoffs and efficient resource utilization.

Drive  optimal resource management  across manpower, materials, and machinery to achieve timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Ensure  effective use of construction applications and digital tools  for tracking progress, quality, and productivity.

Oversee  sequencing, protocols, and timely delivery  of all finishing works, ensuring compliance with project schedules and technical standards.
