What You'll Own & Lead
Champion Induction Experiences that energize new hires and set them up for long-term success.
Drive Regional Upskilling & Certification Programs, helping employees stay future-ready in a fast-evolving landscape.
Collaborate with Business Leaders to design learning solutions that solve real challenges and elevate performance.
Facilitate Engaging Learning Sessions—both virtual and in-person—covering behavioral, managerial, and leadership development.
Deliver High-Impact Training Interventions aligned with business priorities and growth strategies.
Lead Demand Planning, Reporting & MI, ensuring learning initiatives are data-driven and deployed effectively.
What You Bring
Graduate or Master's degree with 10–12 years of experience, including 6–8 years in Learning & Development.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills that inspire confidence.
Strong interpersonal presence with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
Solid command of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and comfort working across diverse teams and cultures.
