Associate - Handy

Location: Bengaluru

Sodexo is looking for a versatile and diligent  Associate - Handy  to perform a range of cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring our client premises are kept in an immaculate and orderly condition. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and efficient management of cleaning equipment and supplies. The ideal candidate will contribute to a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for all occupants.

Key Responsibilities:

Diversified Cleaning

Activities:

Perform various cleaning and housekeeping activities as per the client contract, ensuring all assigned areas are maintained in a  perfect state of cleanliness .
Chemical and Equipment Use:  Ensure the  proper and safe use of chemicals , other cleaning agents, and all  cleaning equipment .
Waste Management:  Efficiently handle the  collection and disposal of garbage  according to established procedures.
Work Area Maintenance:
Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition , following all prescribed regulations.
Stock and Tool Management:  Ensure the availability of  necessary stock and tools  to perform cleaning and housekeeping activities.
Safety Compliance:
Know and adhere to current Safety Regulations . Attend all scheduled staff training and safety meetings.
Emergency Response:  Be prepared to  respond to emergency call-in situations  when required.
Daily Rounds:  Conduct  daily rounds of premises  as assigned by the Supervisor.
Time and Material Estimation:  Estimate time and materials required on work orders as needed.
Other Duties:  Carry out any other duty as instructed by the Supervisor or Manager.
