Assistant Manager -Maintenance

The Assistant Manager - Maintenance will support the maintenance operations of the organization, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and operational. This role involves overseeing maintenance staff, conducting inspections, and implementing effective maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities    Assist in managing the maintenance team and ensure effective maintenance operations.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for maintenance services and repairs.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities.
Train and mentor junior maintenance staff.

Skills and Qualifications    4-8 years of experience in maintenance management or related field.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues quickly.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
