Role Description
The Associate Principal role at Sansa Kanoon Pranali Partners is a full-time position based on-site in Bengaluru. The Associate Principal will engage in providing strategic legal advice, managing complex transactions, and leading client relationships. The role involves overseeing multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of tailored legal solutions, monitoring regulatory changes, and maintaining an up-to-date understanding of industry developments. The Associate Principal will also work to nurture existing client partnerships while fostering new business development opportunities to drive growth.

Qualifications
Advanced legal research and analysis skills, with the ability to interpret and apply legal principles effectively.
Proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and transaction management across diverse industries.
Experience in client relationship management, business development, and delivering customized legal solutions.
Strong leadership, collaborative team management, and decision-making skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with an aptitude for presenting complex ideas clearly.
Ability to adapt quickly to evolving legal and regulatory landscapes, showing a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Relevant educational qualifications in law (e.g., LLB/LLM) and admission to a recognized bar association.
Prior experience in a leadership or senior legal role within a law firm or corporation is preferred.
