Position: Legal Executive
Location:
Bangalore-Jakkur
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents and contracts
Assisting in litigation management and coordination with external counsels
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Supporting internal teams with legal queries and advisory
Qualifications &
Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
1-3+ years of relevant experience in corporate legal work
Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, compliance, and litigation processes.
Excellent communication and drafting skills
