ROLE
DESCRIPTION:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary at Yani Advisors in Bengaluru. The Company Secretary will be responsible for handling secretarial compliances related to our clients on Company Law, LLP Laws, FEMA, conducting Due Diligence activities and other statutory compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
QUALIFIED COMPANY SECRETARY WITH 0-2 YEAR EXPERIENCE ONLY.
Strong experience in board meeting facilitation, drafting resolutions, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Strong knowledge of Company Law, LLP Laws and FEMA.
Experiences with statutory compliance in relation, secretarial compliance and Due Diligence.
Good organizational and communication skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines with impeccable attention to details.
