Job Description :
• Prior work experience of handling Land Acquisition matters, Arbitration matters etc.
• Prior experience of appearing and representing clients before the Supreme Court and High Courts.
• Proficient in drafting SLPs, Counter Affidavit, Writs, SOC, SOD, Evidence and had earlier briefed Senior Counsels including ASG's & SG.
• Proficient in English and Hindi language.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Thorough Knowledge of Right to Fair Compensation Act, 2013, Land Acquisition Act, 1894, National Highways Act 1956, Civil Procedure Code, Evidence etc
