Land Acquisition and legal profile:
Qualification:
LLB with 5 years of relevant experience .
Key Responsibilities:
Internal legal due diligence :
Supervise and lead the legal team involved in legal documentation, title search, and due diligence activities.
Revenue and Statutory Compliance :
Oversee revenue documentation and assist the team in coordinating land conversions, approvals, and other statutory processes with government authorities.
Legal Document Procurement :
Facilitate the collection and verification of all necessary legal documents from landowners, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents :
Prepare, draft, and review a variety of legal documents, including agreements, contracts, and deeds.
Collaboration with External Legal Counsel :
Work closely with external advocates to secure legal clearances and manage the end-to-end documentation process.
