The role offers hands-on experience across multiple legal domains
Strategic Impact and Autonomy
Job Description Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Provide legal counsel to internal teams on various corporate and commercial matters.
Assist in managing legal disputes and coordinating with external legal counsel when required.
Ensure adherence to local, state, and international laws relevant to the automotive industry.
Support regulatory filings and compliance initiatives.
Conduct legal research to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal and compliance concerns effectively.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal records and documentation.
This role requires occasional travel to client's site
The Successful Applicant A successful Legal Consultant (Temp) should have:
LLB/LLM
PQE 3-6 years
Experience in handling legal matters in the industrial/manufacturing sector, preferably in the automotive industry.
Prior exposure to managing on-site factory compliance is a must.
Proficiency in legal research and drafting skills.
Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial laws.
An ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
