About This Role
We're looking for a Corporate Lawyer to support our business across commercial, legal, and risk-related matters. This role exists to ensure our agreements, intellectual property, and legal processes are structured, reviewed, and managed with care as the business scales.
You'll work closely with internal teams and external counterparts, balancing legal rigour with practical business needs. The role involves a mix of hands-on legal execution, stakeholder collaboration, and ownership of key legal workflows.
What You'll Do
Contracting & Commercial Agreements
Draft, review, and manage commercial agreements across clients and partners
Negotiate contract terms with external stakeholders while protecting company interests
Support sales and partnerships teams on contract interpretation and deal structuring
Litigation & Risk Management
Handle litigation matters and coordinate with external counsel when required
Identify legal risks and support mitigation through clear documentation and advice
Maintain oversight of disputes and ongoing legal proceedings
Intellectual Property Management
Manage intellectual property documentation and related legal processes
Support protection and use of IP across products and partnerships
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, HR, and Category teams
Provide clear, practical legal guidance to internal stakeholders
Contribute to smooth cross-functional execution on legal matters
What We're Looking For
Hold an LLB degree
Bring 4–6 years of relevant legal experience
Have experience in international corporate law
Knowledge of AI tools, legal tech tools will be a big plus
Demonstrate strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
Have hands-on litigation experience
Nice to Have
Experience with legal or contract automation initiatives
