Roles and Responsibility
Manage and analyze legal data to provide insights for business decisions.
Develop and maintain reports on legal cases and compliance issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
Conduct research on new laws and regulations affecting the bank.
Provide legal support and guidance to internal stakeholders.
Ensure all legal documents are properly stored and maintained.
Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of legal principles and practices applicable to the BFSI industry.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Experience working with legal databases and systems.
