We are building something ambitious.
At GVAS , we are working on a new model of  AI Workforce Optimization  — helping companies redesign how teams operate using AI, automation, and intelligent systems.
Instead of simply adding more people to teams, we help organizations rethink workflows and deploy  AI-powered systems that eliminate repetitive work and scale human productivity.
To do this, we are looking for one exceptional AI Systems Architect .

This is  not a junior AI role.
We are specifically looking for engineers who have designed and deployed real AI systems in production .

What You’ll Be Doing
You will design and build AI architectures for real business environments.
Examples include:

• LLM pipelines for knowledge workflows

• Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems

• multi-agent AI systems for business operations

• AI workflow automation systems

• orchestration between LLMs, APIs, and automation tools

• scalable AI infrastructure and deployment

You will help companies move from  manual processes → intelligent systems.

Required Experience
We are only considering candidates who have  real implementation experience  with several of the following:

• Lang Chain / Lang Graph

• Llama Index

• multi-agent frameworks

• RAG pipelines

• vector databases

• LLM orchestration systems

• AI automation frameworks

• distributed AI deployments

• production AI system design

Experience deploying AI systems for  real business use cases  is required.

What This Role Is NOT
This role is  not suitable  for candidates whose experience is primarily:

• prompt engineering

• AI certifications or courses

• academic ML projects

• chatbot demos

We are looking for  engineers who build systems , not just experiment with tools.
