We are looking for an experienced Strategic Business Change – Senior Manager to lead Asia-wide transformation and adoption initiatives within a global Corporate & Institutional Banking – Capital Markets & Advisory environment.
This role is ideal for professionals who bring strong capital markets domain knowledge combined with transformation, change management, and stakeholder leadership experience.

Asia-Pacific Transformation & Adoption
Role Overview
As the Asia Adoption Lead, you will play a key role in bridging global strategy with regional execution, ensuring successful adoption of new platforms, technologies, and business process transformations across the Asia-Pacific capital markets franchise.
You will collaborate closely with front-office, technology, operations, and global transformation teams to drive business value, operational efficiency, and regulatory alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Implementation & Adoption
- Drive end-to-end adoption of global and regional transformation initiatives across the Asia business.
- Lead implementation of new platforms, data capabilities, process improvements, and regulatory changes.
- Develop region-specific change management, communication, and adoption strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the bridge between global transformation teams, technology partners, and regional business leaders.
- Partner with front office, middle office, and operations teams to ensure solutions meet commercial and operational needs.
- Manage senior stakeholders across multiple APAC markets.
Driving Business Value
- Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics for adoption and transformation outcomes.
- Identify adoption challenges and collaborate with product/technology teams to resolve them.
- Capture user feedback to influence future platform enhancements and strategic roadmap.
Training & Enablement
- Design and deliver training workshops, demos, and enablement programs to support new capabilities.
- Serve as a regional champion for transformation initiatives.
Risk & Governance
- Ensure all transformation activities align with internal governance and regional regulatory requirements.
Required Experience
✔ 15+ years of experience in Financial Services
✔ Strong exposure to Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Advisory businesses
✔ Proven experience in Transformation, Change Management, Program Management, or Business Analysis
✔ Experience working across Asia-Pacific financial markets
✔ Understanding of Capital Markets lifecycle (origination → execution → distribution)
✔ Familiarity with financial platforms, data governance, and reporting tools
✔ Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
✔ Ability to operate in complex global environments with senior stakeholders
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or certifications like PMP / Change Management preferred.
