Your Responsibilities:

- Enrich the Hire-to-Retire Product Team by bringing in your interest in HCM topics and technical understanding
- Analyze and translate client needs into system functionalities and workflows
- Support global project work, such as the implementation of Oracle HCM, as part of the Hire-to-Retire Product Team and prepare for continuous operation
- Take responsibility for implementing, configuring, and optimizing HR software, e.g., Oracle HCM, as the technical counterpart for HR
- Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and international colleagues to strengthen Business IT

Your Profile:

- Successfully completed degree in Business Management, Informatics, or a comparable education
- 6-10 years of relevant professional experience in Business IT, ideally with a focus on Hire-to-Retire processes
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM is beneficial
- Understanding of business processes in Hire-to-Retire as well as accounting and controlling.
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- Independent, analytical and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoy working in teams, including cross-departmental collaboration, paired with strong communication skills
