Solution Consultant – Kinaxis Maestro®
As a  Solution Consultant for Kinaxis Maestro® , you will be working on the Kinaxis Maestro® solution deployed for our client, a leading advanced supply chain planning platform. This role includes responsibility for ensuring the solution is adopted by the business, used to the best extent, addressing customer queries, and resolving any open issues.
Beyond technical excellence in configuration, you will communicate effectively with the team and clients, provide clarity on resolutions, gather feedback, and guide users for optimal use of the solution.

What your new challenge will look like:
Demonstrate skills in configuring Kinaxis Maestro® and understand the usage of the solution from the customer’s perspective.
Apply your deep understanding of the Kinaxis Maestro® data model, analytics, and data handling (including cross-scenario data manipulation, creation and management of custom input tables, fields, and scenarios).
Validate and highlight issues that may impact system performance and data management.
Be an expert in key areas such as S&OP, Demand, and Supply, with the ability to independently conduct customer sessions on Kinaxis Maestro® usage according to business processes.
Collaborate with internal and customer teams.
Understand data and configurations to resolve issues.
Provide high levels of customer service.

Why you belong at 4flow:
2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain consulting or operations with experience in Kinaxis Maestro (formerly Rapid Response).
Good knowledge and exposure to Demand Planning, Forecasting, Consensus Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, and Inventory Management.
Ability to analyze and interpret supply chain data.
Additional knowledge in workbook development, rules, control tables, scenario building, alerts, dashboards, ETL, and Kinaxis Certification is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, conceptual, creative, and process-oriented thinking combined with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
Collaborative mindset that fosters teamwork and effective cooperation.
Excellent English proficiency.
Strong work ethic and high attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability for self-directed learning.

Integration Consultant – Kinaxis Maestro®:
Experience in integration and administrator-level jobs in Maestro.
Ability to understand table definitions, data updates, automation logs, and tolerance settings.
Resolve integration-related issues and validate deployed solutions for any deviations, taking corrective actions where necessary.
Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is an added advantage.
