Role
Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned leader to Head the ITeS and GCC vertical - and own and lead enterprise sales for the vertical. You will have end to end revenue ownership for the vertical including retention, expansion and new business acquisition and lead a team of 4-6 key account managers and account executives. You will also define strategy and lead the GTM for the vertical.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end enterprise sales and revenue for the ITES and GCC vertical;
Meet and exceed goals and quotas set for the vertical
• Define the strategy and the GTM approach for the vertical
• Lead with a consultative and solution first approach for driving sales across our services and AI-led offerings
• Lead a team of Key Account Managers and Account Executives and coach and mentor them to meet and exceed their performance goals
• Build relationships with CXOs across customers and prospects;
Understand key business goals, decision making and purchase process and guide the team
• Oversee day-to-day sales operations: pipeline creation, tracking, reporting, deal progression, closure, launch, delivery, retention and growth
• Ensure cohesive execution across accounts and work closely with the solutioning, delivery and other teams
Preferred Qualifications:
• 10–12 years of proven sales/ quota carrying experience selling to buyers/ organizations in the ITeS and GCC sector with 3-4 years of team management experience
• Experience in selling technology solution/services and consistently exceeding quotas of INR 30 Cr+
• Education from top-tier institutes (IIM, IIT, XLRI, FMS, MDI OR Top Management colleges) Preferred
• Experience in the skilling and workforce development industry is a plus (not mandatory)
