Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
10 - 15 Years of project management experience , preferably in AI & data analytics environments
Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
Technical
Skills:
Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and deployment considerations
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana)
Familiarity with software development life cycles and agile methodologies
Basic understanding of cloud platforms and IT infrastructure concepts
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
Experience with AI/ML project lifecycle management
Background in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
Previous experience in technology consulting or transformation roles
Success Metrics
Reduction in average AI project delivery timelines
Successful implementation of standardized processes across AI portfolio
Achievement of project delivery targets and quality metrics
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Coordination
Manage multiple AI projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Provide program support to AI Hub (India) initiatives, acting as a key coordination resource
Coordinate cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, business stakeholders, and IT operations
Maintain comprehensive project schedules and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders
Facilitate project kick-offs, status meetings, and post-implementation reviews
Screen incoming AI project requests using fundamental AI/ML knowledge to assess feasibility and resource requirements
Work with AI Hub (India) team leadership on project prioritization based on technical complexity, business impact, and resource availability
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper scoping and realistic timeline development
Support business case development with technical insights and delivery estimates
Support the implementation of standardized workflows to accelerate AI project execution from ideation to deployment
Establish governance frameworks that balance speed with quality and compliance requirements
Create repeatable methodologies that can scale across diverse AI use cases
Continuously evaluate and refine processes based on project outcomes and industry best practices
