About the Role
We are hiring a  Senior Manager / Delivery Head – Data Engineering  to lead and scale a modern, real-time data ecosystem. This role combines  deep hands-on architecture, team leadership, and delivery ownership .
⚠️  Apache Pinot production experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Own the  central data lake & OLAP platform
Lead  real-time and batch pipelines  (Kafka/MSK, Debezium, Pinot)
Manage, mentor, and scale a team of Data Engineers
Coordinate with  Infra, Business & Vendors
Implement  observability, alerting, data quality & governance
Handle high-volume data systems end-to-end
Must-Have Skills
Apache Pinot (Mandatory – Production experience)
AWS:  S3, Glue, Redshift, ECS/EKS
Strong  SQL expertise
Real-time data pipelines & streaming systems
Proven people and delivery management
Mandatory Prerequisites
BE / BTech / MTech
8–20 years total experience
Comfortable with    5 Days WFO – Bangalore / Noida
Desirable
AWS Certifications
AI / ML exposure
Data Management certifications
