Alethea's Services Business Unit empowers the wireless broadband ecosystem, serving major players in Wi-Fi and mobile technologies with cutting-edge test and test automation solutions.
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Technical Sales Executive to be the first point of technical contact for new clients.
This role requires a blend of technical understanding in networking technologies, particularly Wi-Fi, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with both commercial and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Opportunity Development
Drive initial technical conversations with prospective clients to understand needs and establish rapport.
Identify and nurture high-value opportunities aligned with Alethea's service capabilities
Liaise with purchase teams and stay informed about changes in customer situations for assigned accounts, ensuring Alethea aligns with customer processes and expectations
Provide clear, regular communication to clients throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Technical Sales Enablement
Lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle—solution articulation, demos, and presentations.
Develop detailed, compelling technical proposals and RFP responses showcasing our value proposition
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with solution architects to design customized solutions leveraging internal engineering strengths.
Work with marketing to create and refine accurate, technically sound Go-To-Market content (presentations, brochures, videos).
Account and Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate customer data and activity logs in the CRM system; generate regular reports.
Liaise with procurement and stay aligned with customer process updates, ensuring compliance and responsiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

4+ years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or technical support roles within the networking equipment industry.
Strong understanding of networking/Wi-Fi technologies
Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in proposal writing, technical presentations, and CRM usage
Prior experience interacting with customers directly and building strong professional relationships
Experience working collaboratively within larger teams and coordinating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with the commercial aspects of sales and the ability to understand customer business drivers
