Job Responsibilities:

Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into clear features, stories, and requirements.
Support the end to end testing lifecycle, including creating test cases, performing and coordinating UAT, and collaborating with business partners through test execution and approvals.
Communicate proactively throughout testing, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely approval.
Assist with integration testing and post go live support, ensuring defects are logged, tracked, and resolved in partnership with IT teams.
Maintain accurate story and feature status within Agility to ensure alignment with business priorities and sprint goals.
Ensure documentation is created, updated, and stored in alignment with HRIT/EDM audit and governance requirements.
Provide timely clarifications to functional and technical teams, ensuring requirements and acceptance criteria are fully understood.
Collaborate with developers and functional analysts to review specifications and support solution design discussions.
Research data issues, map processes, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Build strong, professional relationships with business owners, HR partners, and IT stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth delivery of solutions.

Job Requirements /

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Systems, or related field) or equivalent SAP experience.
Minimum  4+ years of SAP HCM  experience, specifically PA/OM functionality.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to break down complex business processes.
Experience supporting testing efforts (integration, regression, and UAT).
Ability to write clear, structured business requirements and  acceptance criteria .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
High level of initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

Experience with data migration is a plus.

Experience with Agility/Scrum or other agile tools preferred but not required.

Experience with SAP Success Factors Employee Central is a plus.
