Role:
Data Analytics – Lending
Location:
Bengaluru
Experience:
1–4 years, industry competitive compensation
What you’ll lead / own:
Credit funnel analysis across application → approval → disbursal journeys
Building scorecards, frameworks (CIBIL, thick/thin files, bureau/behavioural, ATS cohorts etc.)
Forecasting GMV, approval, conversion and cost metrics with strong SQL + Python
Lender-wise performance insights + pricing/ROI optimisation
Working closely with product, growth, lender ops & engineering
Must-have skills:
Personal loans/BNPL experience (D2C/app marketplace)
Credit policy & bureau logic familiarity
Strong SQL + Python + dashboarding (Tableau pref)
Statistical modelling + ML exposure (logistic regression, scorecards, XGBoost etc.)
Prior experience in lending / fintech / NBFC / bank analytics
Comfort with big data, business problem solving, ownership mindset
