We’re Hiring: SAP Resourcing Lead (3–5 Years Experience)

We’re looking for a  proactive and organized SAP Resourcing Lead  to manage trainer and consultant sourcing across our SAP consulting and training engagements.
This role is ideal for professionals with  3–5 years of experience  in SAP recruitment, ERP resourcing, or training operations who are ready to take ownership of end-to-end placements while collaborating closely with delivery, sales, and leadership teams.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Manage SAP trainer & consultant sourcing across multiple business verticals
✔ Identify, onboard, and deploy trainers aligned to project requirements
✔ Support rate negotiations and engagement alignment
✔ Act as SPOC for training resourcing across EMEA & APJ projects
✔ Monitor training schedules and resolve operational challenges
✔ Maintain resource trackers, databases, and performance reports
✔ Support pre-sales efforts by aligning suitable trainers to upcoming opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years in SAP recruitment / ERP resourcing/training operations
Strong understanding of SAP modules and trainer ecosystem
Good stakeholder coordination & communication skills
Exposure to commercial discussions and rate negotiations
Ability to manage multiple projects independently

This is a hands-on role with strong ownership and visibility across global SAP training engagements, offering clear growth into larger resourcing or delivery leadership responsibilities.
