Role: Manager, AI Experience and Solutions
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AI & Automation Lead to drive the adoption of next-generation AI and automation tools that improve how teams build, collaborate, and deliver solutions.
In this role, you will manage a small team, evaluate emerging AI technologies, and lead proof-of-concepts (POCs) to identify high-impact use cases. You will work closely with business and technology leaders to implement scalable AI-powered workflows and automation solutions using modern SaaS platforms and AI productivity tools.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI-enabled platforms, automation tools, SaaS integrations, and team leadership , along with the ability to translate AI opportunities into real business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a small team of AI and automation specialists .
Serve as the central point of contact for AI and automation initiatives across the organization.
Build and oversee proof-of-concepts (POCs) and integrations using emerging AI technologies.
Evaluate and implement AI SaaS tools to enhance team workflows and productivity.
Collaborate with leaders and business partners to deploy AI-driven solutions at scale .
Explore and implement AI interoperability frameworks such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) orchestration .
Enable seamless system-to-system integrations between AI platforms and enterprise tools.
Encourage responsible use of AI assistants (such as modern AI productivity tools) to improve efficiency and ideation across teams.
Promote responsible AI practices , ensuring data privacy, governance, and compliance standards are maintained.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of experience in technology, SaaS, automation, or related roles.
2+ years of experience in people management or leading small technical teams.
Hands-on experience with AI productivity platforms such as Microsoft/Git Hub Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce, Snowflake Cortex, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of SaaS integrations, APIs, and workflow automation tools .
Experience with automation platforms such as Workato, Power Automate, Zapier, or similar solutions.
Familiarity with AI interoperability concepts , including Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent-to-Agent orchestration, and system integrations.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills .
