About the Role
We're looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) with 3–4 years of startup experience who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving ambiguous business problems from the ground up.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with execution muscle — someone who can take ownership, build from scratch, and drive outcomes across functions.
What You'll Do
Work closely with leadership on high-priority business initiatives and new opportunities
Identify problem areas, build hypotheses, and drive structured problem-solving
Lead 0→1 projects across growth, operations, product, or business strategy
Build and execute experiments to test new ideas, processes, and business models
Analyze data, derive insights, and present recommendations for decision-making
Collaborate across teams to ensure fast and effective implementation
Bring an ownership mindset and independently drive projects to completion
What We're Looking For
3–4 years of experience in startups, founder's office, strategy, growth, product, consulting, or business operations roles
Strong bias for action and comfort working in ambiguity
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
High ownership, speed, and attention to detail
Curiosity, resilience, and a builder mindset
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Experience working directly with founders or leadership teams
Exposure to early-stage or high-growth startup environments
