We are hiring a Principal Product Designer to guide the end-to-end design process for consumer-facing products. You will play a critical role in shaping intuitive, scalable, and visually engaging experiences that resonate with users across web and mobile platforms.
As a design leader, you will balance hands-on design craft with mentoring responsibilities, ensuring both strategic alignment and executional excellence. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define and deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design process from discovery through delivery for core product features.
Translate research insights and business objectives into compelling design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs for web and mobile applications.
Conduct usability testing to validate flows and improve product usability.
Develop and maintain scalable design systems across teams and platforms.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure design fidelity during implementation.
Mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance to raise design quality.
What You Bring
5–7 years of experience in B2C product design with a strong portfolio.
Expertise in UX, UI, and interaction design for mobile and web.
Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
Strong understanding of usability principles and accessibility standards.
Experience leading design initiatives in agile, cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
