Mandatory Skills

14+ years of experience in Dev Ops/Cloud Architecture roles

8+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud architecture

Proficiency with Kubernetes (EKS) and container orchestration

Strong experience with Argo CD and Git Ops methodologies

Experience with Dynatrace or similar APM/monitoring solutions

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools

Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform)

Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash)

Good To Have Skills

Extensive experience with Apache Kafka, Apache Flink and real-time streaming platforms

Advanced knowledge of databases (Postgre

SQL, Dynamo

DB) performance tuning

Deep expertise in database connection pooling optimization (RDS Proxy, etc.)

Experience with connection pool monitoring, sizing, and performance tuning methodologies

Experience with Debezium and change data capture patterns (DDB streams)

Experience integrating Azure Dev Ops with AWS services

Proficiency with S3, Athena, and big data analytics workflows

Knowledge of application-level connection management and optimization techniques
