QA Engineer II Building Pipeline

Location: Bengaluru

Responsibilities
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure full test coverage.
Analyze functional and technical requirements to determine testability within defined timelines.
Design, document, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and API-based applications.
Develop, maintain, and enhance automation test scripts using Selenium and Rest Assured.
Execute regression, integration, and system-level testing in Agile release cycles.
Identify, report, track, and validate defects through to resolution in collaboration with development teams.
Perform root cause analysis for defects and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Review application code and test automation code to ensure quality and best practices.
Analyze test results and prepare test reports, metrics, and quality insights for stakeholders.
Advocate quality best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Stay current with emerging QA tools, technologies, and industry trends to improve testing efficiency.
