About the Role

We are seeking a  Senior AI Engineer  with strong experience in  building and deploying production-grade AI systems . This role sits at the intersection of  Generative AI, backend engineering, and scalable system design .
You will be responsible for  designing, building, and scaling AI-powered platforms , including  agentic workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and LLM-driven services , while owning the end-to-end lifecycle—from architecture and model integration to deployment, monitoring, and optimization in real-world environments.
This role requires  deep Python backend expertise , strong understanding of  LLMs and modern AI frameworks , and the ability to translate business problems into robust AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build  scalable AI-first architectures  for LLM-powered and agent-based systems.
Develop and maintain  LLM workflows using Lang Chain, Lang Graph, and Lang Smith .
Implement  Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)  pipelines using vector databases.
Build and optimize  high-performance Python backend services and APIs  for AI applications.
Integrate AI systems with  event-driven and streaming architectures  (Kafka).
Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and stakeholders to product ionize AI solutions.
Own the  deployment, monitoring, and evaluation  of AI models in production.
Fine-tune and customize LLMs for domain-specific use cases.
Conduct architectural reviews, code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI engineering standards and guidelines.
