Data Engineer - Python - Azure Databricks

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced  Lead Data Engineer  to architect, implement, and maintain robust data models and infrastructure. In this role, you'll be instrumental in building high-performance ETL pipelines, managing data integration from diverse sources, and ensuring top-tier data quality, governance, and security. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, translating complex business needs into scalable technical solutions, all while troubleshooting and optimizing data workflows.

Responsibilities     Architect and implement data models and infrastructure  to support analytics, reporting, and data science initiatives.
Build high-performance ETL pipelines  and manage data integration from multiple sources.
Maintain data quality, governance, and security standards  across all data workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams  to translate business needs into robust technical data solutions.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and document scalable data workflows  for continuous improvement.
Requirements   We're looking for a candidate with:
7+ years of experience as a Data Engineer , with at least  4 years in cloud ecosystems .
Strong expertise in Azure  (Azure Data Factory, Data Lake Gen2, Databricks)  or AWS .
Proficiency in Python and SQL ; experience with Spark, Kafka, or Hadoop is a plus.
Deep understanding of data warehousing, OLAP (Online Analytical Processing), and data modeling  principles.
Familiarity with  visualization tools  like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
