Role Overview

As a Product Designer at Fin Box, you will design intuitive, scalable, and delightful user experiences that power our fintech platforms. This role is all about  high‑velocity product design ,  reusable component-driven interfaces , and crafting clean, functional design systems that enable speed and consistency.

You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to translate complex workflows into seamless, user‑friendly journeys that help financial institutions build world-class credit products.

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end product experiences for workflows powering end to end customer journeys
Build highly reusable, modular UI components that enhance design velocity and engineering implementation.
Work in fast iteration cycles — rapidly moving from concepts to prototypes to final designs.
Collaborate with PMs and engineers to define user flows, requirements, and interaction patterns.
Contribute to and maintain our design system to ensure consistency across products.
Translate complex financial processes into simple, intuitive interactions.
Participate in user research discussions, feedback loops, and product explorations.
Communicate design decisions clearly and back them up with user-centric reasoning.

Required Qualifications

2–4 years of hands-on experience in product design (UI/UX) for digital products.
Strong portfolio demonstrating product design, interaction design, and component-driven UI — not graphic design like posters, branding, or marketing collateral.
Proficiency with tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch, or similar.
Experience creating design systems, reusable components, and scalable interface foundations.
Comfort working with fast-paced product teams that ship, iterate, and improve rapidly.
Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility fundamentals.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate design decisions with clarity.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing products that power end to end user onboarding journeys
Familiarity with fintech, lending workflows, or financial operations (nice-to-have, not mandatory).
Exposure to user research, prototyping, or usability testing.
Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) to communicate with engineers.
