Job Summary

We are a leading Software as a Service (SaaS) company that specializes in the transformation of data in the US healthcare industry through cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. We are looking for Product Managers (PM) with entrepreneurial mindset to drive product development and ensure a high ROI. You will be driving key cross-functional initiatives with a strong data-driven approach to drive the vision and goals of the Product Team at HiLabs.

The Product Manager is responsible for doing customer research, coordinating with internal and customer stakeholders, and developing new product features. You will work with one or more junior product managers/business analysts and enable them to do their work more effectively. The ideal candidate is expected to have the technical knowledge and confidence to work closely with an expert team of data scientists and engineers, demonstrate good judgment in high-pressure scenarios, exhibit

sound decision-making ability, and show a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Own the product journey end-to-end — from discovery and development to rollout and adoption by clients.
Act as the bridge between product, engineering, and customer teams, ensuring alignment between business goals and on-the-ground delivery.
Conduct deep customer research and workflow analysis to translate client pain points into scalable product solutions.
Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to design, prioritize, and deliver impactful product enhancements.
Partner with the implementation and customer success teams to drive deployment success, troubleshoot product gaps, and gather feedback from live environments.
Define clear success metrics (ROI, adoption, NPS, etc.) and continuously refine the product roadmap based on client and market insights.
Own customer communication and expectation management during product rollouts —understanding that every successful implementation is as much a product outcome as a delivery outcome.
Maintain a data-driven mindset — analyze usage data, monitor KPIs, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering is mandatory from top institutes, with a strong technical foundation and the ability to understand, comprehend, and actively contribute to technical discussions with data science and engineering teams.
Proven understanding and practical application of product management frameworks, with hands-on experience working in Agile environments (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
Proficiency in data analysis using Excel and/or SQL, with the ability to draw insights to inform product decisions.
