Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our  Clearing Operations – Trade Support Group (TSG) . The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting listed derivatives trading, including the reconciliation, allocation, and resolution of trade discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

Trade Capture and Allocation :
Allocate and book trades executed by external brokers .
Book trades executed by Morgan Stanley and give-up to external brokers (Execution-only business).
Trade Matching and Monitoring :
Monitor trade matching systems and ensure all trades clear and match internally.
Escalate unmatched trades to Trading Desks/Trader Assistants via phone or email.
Expiry and Delivery Processing :
Manage contract expirations and coordinate with relevant teams for physical delivery where necessary.
Position Reconciliation :
Reconcile positions between back-end and front-end systems.
Investigate breaks, follow up, and resolve reconciliation issues with Risk Managers.
Systems and Issue Resolution :
Liaise with Technology teams to raise and resolve system-related issues.
Track issue tickets through to resolution.
Escalation and Reporting :
Escalate critical issues and provide regular updates to regional and global counterparts and management.

Functional Knowledge:
Familiarity with Trade Support Group functions is an advantage.
Quick learner with a strong grasp of technical/product knowledge in listed derivatives.
Freshers with NISM and Imarticus certifications are welcome to apply
