We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Data Senior Analyst with a deep understanding of product master data, SAP system, and business architecture design. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and seamless integration of master data across the organization. This position requires a strong problem-solving mindset, hands-on experience in SAP, and the ability to design, optimize, and manage business processes that utilize master data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Migration & System Integration:
Lead data migration initiatives, ensuring successful transfers and system integrations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data migration processes and minimize disruption to ongoing operations.
Business Process & System Architecture Design:
Design and implement efficient business processes that leverage SAP systems and product master data to support organizational goals.
Develop system architecture strategies for master data management, ensuring compatibility with business needs and technical requirements.
Problem Solving & Process Improvement:
Analyze existing processes, systems, and data management practices to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the management and use of master data.
Provide short-term and long-term solutions to resolve system, process, and data-related issues, and determine the best course of action.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure that the master data strategy aligns with business needs.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

Proven experience in product master data, SAP systems
Strong in designing business processes and system architectures related to master data management.
Demonstrated ability to identify gaps in process, system, data, and ownership areas, with a track record of driving improvement.
Technical

Skills:

Hands-on experience with SAP ( MM, SAP S/4

HANA, etc.).
Strong knowledge of data analytical tools and techniques (SQL, Tableau, etc)
Familiarity with SAP data migration methodologies and integration tools.
Problem-Solving & Analytical

Skills:

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex issues
Ability to provide actionable, long-term, and short-term solutions that balance business needs with technical constraints.
Communication &

Collaboration:

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with different departments to ensure data quality and system efficiency.
