You will work directly with the founder and sales leadership to:
Improve inbound lead quality

Create predictable marketing-sourced pipeline

Eliminate non-ICP lead inflow through smarter targeting
Build high-intent keyword and vertical campaigns

Improve MQL SQL Opportunity conversion rates
Implement structured lead scoring
Design landing page experiments with web/design team
Build and test messaging frameworks aligned to enterprise buyers
Improve demo quality through sharper qualification filters
Execute focused industry-specific campaigns
Launch vertical landing pages
Plan and execute quarterly webinar campaigns
Support webinar-driven pipeline creation
Build post-webinar follow-up automation
Build lifecycle email workflows
Maintain CRM hygiene for marketing-sourced tracking
Present weekly dashboards with actionable insights
Drive data-backed budget allocation decisions.
Significant reduction in non-ICP leads
Improved demo-to-SQL conversion rate
Clear visibility into marketing-sourced pipeline
Lower cost per qualified opportunity
At least one vertical-focused campaign producing measurable SQLs
Who Should Apply
4years-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth / performance
marketing
Strong understanding of enterprise sales funnels
Comfortable owning numbers, not just campaigns
Hands-on with Google Ads, Linked In Ads, CRM, and marketing
automation
Data-first thinker who understands CAC, SQL, pipeline math
You should be comfortable being measured on pipeline contribution, not
just traffic.

function.
