Roles & Responsibilities :
Lead end-to-end design for core products, ensuring intuitive, scalable, and high-impact user experiences.
Design seamless UI paradigms for AI-driven and self-healing workflows that feel natural and unobtrusive.
Translate complex AI models, system architectures, and technical concepts into clear, premium visual narratives.
Conduct UX research, usability testing, and workflow validation to refine product experiences.
Drive rapid experimentation by collaborating closely with founders, product leaders, and engineering teams to define AI-native interaction models.
Establish and evolve a “premium-futuristic” visual language and scalable design system.
Design enterprise-grade dashboards and complex system workflows with clarity and usability in mind.
Create high-fidelity prototypes in Figma and validate concepts through iterative testing.
Champion user-centric design principles while aligning with business and technical objectives.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to overall design maturity within the organization.
Experience

Required:

5–9 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX, or Experience Design roles.
Proven experience designing complex enterprise or AI-driven systems.
Strong expertise in UX research, interaction design, and prototyping tools such as Figma.
Experience working closely with engineering and product teams in fast-paced environments.
Exposure to Gen AI interfaces and agent-based workflows preferred.
