LTTS Digital Products and Software Services, looking for a seasoned Managed Services Specialist with Deep domain expertise in at least one of the following:
Automotive/ Industrial Products/ Plant Engineering Understanding of industry-specific digital use cases (e.g., connected vehicles, predictive maintenance, digital manufacturing).

Primary Responsibilities:

* Managed Service Design:
Lead the design of complex, end-to-end Managed Services (MS) solutions that cover the entire digital stack (App Engineering, Cloud Ops, Data/AI Platforms, IoT Management, Security Operations).

* Commercial & Financial Model:
Develop the service commercial architecture, including detailed cost models (TCO/ROI), service pricing structures, resource loading, and risk-adjusted service margins.

* Service Level Definition:
Define, negotiate, and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with clients.

* Transition & Transformation:
Architect the service transition plan (from current state to managed service), including automation, platform readiness, and organizational change required for sustainable delivery (aligning with ITIL).

Primary

Skills:

* Experience:

15-18+ years in IT Services, with 7+ years in a Senior Managed Services role.

* Service Management Frameworks:
Deep practical expertise and certification in ITIL principles, particularly Service Design and Transition.

* Technical Breadth:
Ability to solution for the operation and maintenance of all cores digital towers (Cloud Ops, Data/Analytics/AI support, Application Management, Security Operations).

* Financial Acumen:
Proven track record in developing complex TCO/ROI models and competitive pricing strategies for multi-year outsourcing contracts.

* Pre-Sales/Consulting:
Exceptional experience leading technical solutioning and defense for large, competitive outsourcing bids and proposals.

Secondary

Skills:

* ITIL Certification / Architecture Certification (e.g., TOGAF) to ensure MS solutions align with client Architecture.

* Experience with AIOps and Automation strategies to drive service efficiencies.

* Cloud Certifications focused on Operations/Dev Ops (e.g., AWS Dev Ops Engineer, Azure Dev Ops Engineer) can be nice to have

* Proven success in managing vendor relationships and third-party service integration within a managed service contract.

Domain Skills - Deep domain expertise in at least one of the following:
