Job Description
As a Principal Product Designer, you’ll be joining a team of cross-functional experts who raise the bar on end-to-end experiences across multiple touchpoints. You’ll combine your love of design craft with expert collaboration through all phases of the design cycle. We’re looking for a candidate who is passionate about design and innovation, a creative problem solver, and an advocate of beautiful and seamless customer experiences.
YOE 5 + years (Relevant)
Timings - IST and overlap with the US shift timings.
Portfolio - Mandatory for the interview process
Responsibilities
Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences optimized for user needs, business goals, and technological realities across web & mobile platforms
Take ideas and concepts, and visualize them in such a way that they are communicated effectively and compellingly for internal leaders, partners and customers
Delivering User Experience ideal state visions, UI specifications, wireframes and prototypes
Drive usability testing and rapid feedback cycles with customers to inform iteration, refinement and launch of prioritized concepts and features
Collaborate effectively with researchers, product management, engineering, marketing, and other team members to set expectations for project scope and delivery, and communicate and refine solutions
Use facilitative leadership skills to drive to the best outcome for stakeholders, resulting in others learning from you, and inspiring others to want to work with you
