Job Summary
We are hiring  Digital Marketing Interns  who are enthusiastic, creative, and eager to launch their career in  Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, Social Media, and Content Marketing . This 6-month internship is designed to give you  hands-on experience in live projects . Upon successful completion, selected candidates will be promoted to  Digital Marketing Executives .

Key Responsibilities
Assist in  planning and executing weekly/monthly digital marketing campaigns .
Manage and post engaging content on  Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, Twitter, Reddit , and other platforms.
Support in  social media management, community engagement, and campaign optimization .
Work with graphic designers and content teams to create  videos, creatives, and marketing collaterals .
Run and optimize ad campaigns on  Google Ads, Meta Ads, You Tube Ads, and other digital platforms .
Assist in  SEO, SEM, keyword research, content marketing, and website optimization .
Generate leads using  Linked In Marketing, trending hashtags, online groups, and community engagement .
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to improve  ROI and conversion rates .
Support the team in  email marketing, marketing automation, and CRM tools .

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications OR a  certified digital marketing course .
Strong command of written and spoken English.
Creative thinker with skills in  content writing, social media, and campaign ideation .
Familiarity with tools like  Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO Tools, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Excel .
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to deadlines.
Interest in  entrepreneurship, franchising, and new business opportunities  is a plus.
Must be based in Bangalore; candidates within 30 minutes of our office preferred.

Compensation & Growth
Stipend:  ₹10,000 per month + performance-based incentives during the internship.
