Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and hands-on Digital Analytics Analyst to join our Digital Lifecycle Analytics & Insights team. The ideal candidate will lead the implementation, optimization, and performance measurement of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and tagging infrastructure while translating digital behaviour data into actionable business insights using Power BI and related visualization tools.
This role requires a strong blend of technical analytics expertise, business understanding, and cross-functional collaboration to support data-driven digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Own and optimize GA4 implementation , including event tracking, goals, and conversion configuration aligned to business KPIs.
Lead tagging strategy and deployment using Google Tag Manager (GTM) or similar platforms.
Define and validate data layer requirements to ensure accurate tracking across digital properties.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize digital performance, engagement trends, and lifecycle insights.
Analyze customer journeys, behavioral patterns, and funnel performance to identify optimization opportunities.
Partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to deliver actionable analytics solutions.
Design and evaluate A/B testing and experimentation frameworks .
Monitor tracking accuracy, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and ensure analytics integrity.
Stay current with analytics best practices, privacy standards, and digital measurement trends.
III. Must-Have
Skills:
5+ years of experience in Digital Analytics / Web Measurement .
Strong hands-on expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) implementation and optimization.
Experience managing Google Tag Manager (GTM) , event tracking, and tagging frameworks.
Proficiency in Power BI for dashboarding and performance visualization.
Strong understanding of digital KPIs, user behavior analysis, and site performance optimization.
Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
IV. Good-to-Have
Skills:
Experience with SQL, Big Query, or similar data platforms .
Exposure to experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and CRO analysis .
Knowledge of consent management, cookie tracking, and privacy-first analytics.
Experience in Financial Services / Fin Tech / High-traffic digital environments .
Familiarity with Tableau or other BI tools (in addition to Power BI).
Prior experience supporting GA4 migration from Universal Analytics.
V. Educational
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related analytical field.
Relevant certifications in GA4, Digital Analytics, or BI tools are an added advantage.
