AI-Powered Digital Marketing Executive; Early Career

Position: AI-Powered Digital Marketing Executive (Early Career)
Location: Bengaluru

At  AUMLayer Cloud Labs LLP , we build in  IT Services, Digital Solutions, and Cybersecurity , and we’re looking for a  Digital Marketing Executive  who thinks like a strategist, experiments like a creator, and uses  AI as a superpower .

If you’re early in your career (or even a fresher) and you’ve been learning by doing with Meta and Google, plus AI-led marketing workflows, you should apply.  Passion matters more than a perfect resume. We prefer early career candidates who have the drive but have not yet had the right opportunity.

What you’ll own (end-to-end)  Manage social channels:  Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, X
Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts and campaigns
Run and optimize  Meta Ads and Google Ads
Design creatives using  Canva (or similar)
Write clear, sharp English copy for ads and posts
Analyze performance, learn fast, and improve ROI

We’re looking for someone who is   AI-savvy , uses tools to ideate, write, design, analyze, iterate
Strong in critical thinking , asks “why”, reads data, improves outcomes
Idea-led , turns rough thoughts into clean campaign concepts
Comfortable with  paid ads, social media, content, and creatives

Experience  Full-time role, preferable  1 to 3 years  experience
Early career and freshers are welcome  if you have strong projects, internships, a portfolio, or proof of hands-on work

Bonus if you share a portfolio: IG page, ad screenshots, campaign notes, Canva designs, or a short case study. Chances of shortlisting is high!
