About The Role:
We're looking for a Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our presence across key social platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social-first storytelling, trends, and community building, and can consistently turn ideas into engaging content.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day social media operations across platforms (Instagram, Linked In, X, You Tube, etc.).
Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand and marketing goals.
Create, curate, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, short videos, carousels).
Monitor trends, memes, and platform updates and apply them creatively to the brand.
Write strong, platform-appropriate captions and copy.
Engage with the community by responding to comments and direct messages in a timely manner.
Track and report on social media performance (reach, engagement, growth).
Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams.
Support social media campaigns, launches, and announcements.
Key Requirements:
1–3 years of experience managing brand or creator social media accounts.
Strong understanding of major platforms and their best practices.
Good copywriting skills with a strong sense of tone and voice.
Ability to spot trends and act on them quickly.
Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, or similar is a plus.
Startup or high-growth environment experience preferred.
